After devoting 30 years to a part and full time speaking career, Dr. Kaiser joined the family business. She now heads Kaiser Family Properties LLC and Kaiser Property Holdings LLC as the CEO/President of the family real estate portfolio, managing all aspects of their holdings.

She does not do this alone but with her business partner and mother, Marie Kaiser, soon to be 100 years old! Also included in the supportive and outstanding team: An Executive Assistant, Ranch Foreman, General Contractor, Attorney, CPA, Property Managers, Realtors, Doctors, Dentist, Veterinarians, and the list goes on and on of people who contribute to the success of Arlene’s world. “Experience with many mistakes and failures have moved me to being pro-active in selecting a team. Outside of work she devotes time to her church, mentors and coaches women.
